On delivery day, place your empty bottles outside your front door or wherever you normally receive deliveries. No need to rinse them first - we handle that.
Our driver collects the empty bottles and replaces them with fresh, full ones. The whole swap takes less than two minutes. You don't even need to be home.
Every returned bottle is sanitized and inspected before being refilled. We use food-grade sanitizing procedures and replace bottles that show any signs of wear.
A small deposit is collected on your first order to cover the cost of the bottles. When you return them in good condition, the deposit is fully credited back to your account.
We deliver 5-gallon polycarbonate bottles - the same food-safe, BPA-free bottles used by major water companies. They're built to last for years when properly handled.
Lost or damaged bottles are billed at replacement cost. Call us and we'll work something out.
Do I need to rinse the bottles before returning?
No - just leave them at the door. We sanitize every returned bottle before it goes back into rotation.
What if I miss a pickup?
No problem. Hold onto the empties and set them out on your next delivery day. You can also call us to arrange a separate pickup.
Can I return bottles if I cancel?
Yes - call (916) 619-3218 and we'll schedule a final pickup and refund your deposit.
