These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Waterboy Delivery website and services. By placing an order or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Waterboy Delivery provides 5-gallon water delivery, dispenser sales and rentals, and related add-on products in Elk Grove and surrounding Sacramento County areas. Service availability is subject to our current delivery zone. Check our Delivery Areas page for current coverage.

2. Orders and Scheduling

• Delivery windows are scheduled at the time of order. We will attempt to notify you of any changes.
• We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to inaccessible delivery locations.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
• Delivery fees vary by zone. Zone 1 (0-3 miles from our store) is $2.99. Zone 2 (3-6 miles) is $5.99. Zone 3 (6-9 miles) is $8.99. Beyond 9 miles is a custom quote - call (916) 619-3218.
• Payment is due at the time of order.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Add-on items that have been delivered are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Waterboy Delivery's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
